My journey to becoming a therapist:

My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by a deep belief in the power of growth, change, and the human capacity to heal. Throughout my career, I’ve seen how relationship struggles, self-doubt, and anxiety can hold people back from living the lives they want. I became a therapist to help others break free from these limiting patterns and to support them in building a stronger, more confident sense of self. It’s an honor to walk alongside clients as they gain clarity, rediscover their strengths, and create meaningful change in their relationships and their lives.

My therapeutic style:

Strength-based therapy is a positive, empowering approach that focuses on a person’s internal strengths and resourcefulness rather than their deficits or problems. It’s grounded in the belief that everyone has inherent strengths that can be built upon to create meaningful change. Challenges are reframed as opportunities for growth, and behaviors are seen as adaptive responses that may have once served a purpose.

I work with clients to understand messages they have received from family, culture, social media, TV and movies that may be contributing to limiting beliefs and self-concept.

  • Curious Exploration & Self-Discovery: I guide clients through thoughtful questioning to uncover unhelpful thought patterns, emotional triggers, and behavioral habits that may be holding someone back from growth and change.
