Services are provided exclusively via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth. Licensure and Service Area

Katherine Flechaus is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), licensed to practice in Florida and New York. Therapists are legally required to be licensed in the state where a client lives at the time of service. Insurance requires you to be physically in the State the therapist is licensed at the time of the session.  Accordingly, services offered through this Website are available only to individuals living in Florida or New York.

Confidentiality

Information shared during therapy sessions is protected as confidential, consistent with applicable law and professional ethical standards, subject to certain legal exceptions (such as risk of harm to self or others, or a court order).
