Privacy Policy
Katherine Flechaus Counseling and Consulting, LLC This Privacy Policy describes how Katherine Flechaus Counseling and Consulting, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website, www.katherineflechauscounselingandconsulting.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy applies to all visitors to the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described below. If you do not agree, please do not provide us with your personal information or interact with the Site. This Privacy Policy addresses website data only — such as how you browse the Site and what you submit through our contact form. It does not address Protected Health Information (PHI) created once you become a client. Information shared within the therapeutic relationship is governed separately, under HIPAA, through our Notice of Privacy Practices, which is provided directly to clients at intake.
A Note on What This Site Collects
This website does not include online scheduling, an intake portal, or any login-protected area. Our "Schedule a Free Consultation" link directs visitors to our Contact page, where you may reach us by email or by submitting a short form. We do not collect payment, billing, or clinical information through this Site. Please do not include detailed health information, symptoms, or other sensitive personal details in the contact form or in an initial email. A brief note that you're interested in scheduling a consultation is all that's needed — anything more clinical in nature is best discussed once we've connected directly.

We refer to Device Information and Provided Information together as "Personal Information."
